Post maintenance is just as important as correct installation of a lift. It ensures a lift’s long life and maintains perfect conditions for its use.

:: Conservation
The company makes a commitment to the customer by means of a maintenance contract, thus assuming responsibility for the lift having everything it needs for its best possible operation.

Our commitment in the contract is to:

Provide the user with necessary information for good use of the lift.

Periodic service and maintenance inspections.

Replacement of defective parts guaranteed for one year.

Preventable maintenance such as lubrication and replacement of worn parts for new ones.

Labour carried out by highly qualified technicians.

Civil Responsibility coverage of all of our work.

:: Preventative Maintenance
We ensure perfect operation of lifts by means of periodic visits to them. If we detect any anomaly we provide a solution by informing the customer and acting quickly, depending on the procedure required for each individual case.

Also, we accompany the OCA in charge of carrying out periodic obligatory checks by the Ministry if Industry. We ensure that customers are informed and notified of rectification of possible needs due to new regulations.

:: 24 hour Assistance
We answer calls around the clock (24 hours) and also offer Ascensores Domingo Extra Service, which is upgradeable to Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays as well as rescue personnel 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

:: Computerized Tele-maintenance S.C.I.
We are committed to offering customers the latest technological advancements. We provide the option of installing a computerized tele-maintenance P.C.S. (Permanent Communication Service).
