Buildings already constructed
This is the study of possible installation of a lift in older
buildings that doesn’t have one. These properties are problematic
because every situation is different. Ascensores Domingo studies
each case individually with the aim of overcoming obstacles, adapting
lifts to the area of the stairs, inner courtyard and even the
facade of the building, while falling within the current regulations.
This enables a home to increase in value
by between 30 and 40% thus ensuring that owners significantly
increase their wealth as well as the level of comfort with which
they enter their homes.
